From a working prototype to a pilot batch.

It works on your bench. The next step is proving it, fixing what would fail in production, and building a first small batch.

Where you are

You have a prototype that works, yours or one we built with you. Before more units, it needs testing, design-for-manufacturing fixes and documentation.

What you have

  • A working prototype
  • Its design files and BOM, if you have them
  • How it will be used, and by whom

What we do at this stage

  • Power-on, function, communication and structural tests
  • First-article inspection and design-for-manufacturing fixes
  • An issue log, kept open until every item is closed
  • Agree with you on fixtures, how each unit is tested and recorded, and how units are packed
  • Build the pilot batch once you approve the design

What you get

  • Test checklist, test report and test videos
  • Production files
  • Pilot units, each tested before it is packed
  • A batch record
