An EVT, DVT and PVT partner with a Shenzhen supply chain

Anvol can be that partner: one engineering lead runs your prototype, EVT, DVT and pilot (PVT) builds in Shenzhen, where our engineers design the boards and firmware, buy every part and manage production on partner lines. You sign with Anvol, Inc. in USD, approve each stage, and get the files and test reports at every step.

How you stay in control

Written scope per stage
Deliverables, acceptance criteria and price before each stage starts; milestone payments.
Your approvals
The prototype, the design before any larger run, every part substitution, and each batch.
One contact
One Anvol engineering lead from the first file to the packed batch.
Your files
Schematics, PCB files, firmware source, enclosure CAD and BOM are delivered to you.

What we have not shown yet

Our priced builds so far are prototypes and small batches, up to 10 delivered units (the lidar cars). We have not published a run of hundreds of units on this site; a PVT at that size is quoted for its own quantity. Simple products can combine stages: we cut repeated work, not the evidence the product needs.

Not included

Certification testing (FCC/CE)
Done by a test lab and quoted separately when a product needs it.
Shipping and import duties
Usually arranged by you once units leave the factory.
Changes outside the written scope
Re-quoted, with a new timeline, before work continues.
