What changes from a dev board to your own board

You send
The dev board setup that works, the firmware, the parts list, what the product must fit into.
We design
A board with only the parts you use, connectors and charging where your enclosure needs them, and an enclosure around it.
We check
The firmware on the new board against what the dev board did, before any batch.

Quantity: where our numbers stop

Our priced builds are at 10, 50 and 100 pieces (the 100 is small expansion modules). Our largest delivered batch is 10 units. A run of 100 to 250 boards is quoted for its own quantity, not stretched from the prices above. See pilot and small batch.

Not included

Certification testing (FCC/CE)
Done by a test lab and quoted separately; a radio module on the board is part of that discussion. See FCC for a prototype.
Shipping and import duties
Usually arranged by you once units leave the factory.
