What we can make, and where each step happens.

Anvol runs your project; each step goes to our Shenzhen bench, a partner factory or a workshop sourced for the job, and each capability below says which. Whoever makes it, Anvol approves the first article and every batch.

Fast enclosure and structure prototypes

3D-printed desk companion from one of our builds, held in front of a monitor
FDM 3D printing
Enclosures, brackets and fixtures to check size, fit, feel and mounting. Our bench; in Los Angeles see 3D printing.
SLA resin printing
Finer detail and smoother surfaces for looks models and small parts. Sourced per project.
CNC enclosures and metal parts
Machined housings, plates and brackets in aluminium or plastic. Partner factory.
Laser-cut panels
Acrylic or sheet front panels and covers. Sourced per project.
Send us
STEP or STL, or a sketch with the key dimensions.

Finishing and branding

UV colour printing
Logos, artwork and panel markings printed onto enclosures, and colour variants within a small batch. Sourced per project.
Laser marking
Permanent one-colour marks on metal or plastic: serial numbers, QR codes, part numbers. Sourced per project.
Films, labels and stickers
Membrane overlays, rating labels and packaging labels. Sourced per project.
Before a run
We print or mark a sample on your actual enclosure material first and check adhesion and wear on it.
Send us
Vector artwork (SVG, AI or PDF) and the part or its CAD.

Electronics and wiring

PCB and PCBA
Schematic and layout on Our bench; board fabrication and SMT at a Partner factory. See PCB / PCBA & sourcing.
Component sourcing
Every part bought and checked by our team, including hard-to-find chips. Our bench.
Cable harnesses and connectors
Cut, stripped, crimped and tested cables. Sourced per project.
Hand soldering and rework
Prototype boards, modifications and repairs. Our bench.

Assembly and device setup

Final assembly line with workers and cartons
Mechanical assembly
Heat-set inserts, gluing and bonding, screws, display and cable fitting. Prototypes on Our bench; batches on a Partner factory line.
Firmware and provisioning
Firmware, serial numbers, device IDs and per-customer settings written to each unit, recorded per serial number. Our bench.
Send us
Your boards, enclosures and cables, or let us source them. See pilot & small batch.

Testing and delivery

First-article inspection tester next to a panel of boards
Incoming inspection
Boards and parts checked when they arrive.
First article
One unit built and checked against the approved prototype before the batch starts.
Functional test
Every unit tested before it is packed, with a test fixture when the quantity justifies one.
Defects and records
Each failure logged and closed; batch records and packing as in fulfillment.

Where each step happens

Boards, parts, machining, molds
PCB, SMT, part buying, CNC and molding go to Shenzhen partner factories at every stage: the supply chain, process experience and batch economics are there.
Parts that change every few days
Printed enclosures, panels, labels and fixtures are made close to whoever holds the prototype and decides: our Shenzhen bench, or a workshop near you when that beats shipping every revision.
Steps near the market
Regional firmware settings, serial numbers, final labels and packaging happen wherever final assembly happens.
Steps done on both sides
Wherever a unit is built or changed, it is tested again: first-article fit, board test and the final functional test.
As the batch grows
The larger and more stable the batch, the more it pays to build in one place; the more often the design changes, the more it pays to make the changing parts close to you. We compare landed cost, lead time, labour and duties for each batch instead of assuming.
Who signs off
One Anvol project lead approves the first article and releases each batch. You accept each batch. Details in quality and responsibility.
Factory names
You contract with Anvol, Inc., and Anvol answers for the factories' work, so we don't publish their names. You get the test results and batch records for your units.
